There’s been nothing usual about this upcoming recall election, or the past year and a half in Wisconsin for that matter. But by far one of the most delightfully weird turns in Wisconsin’s recall saga is the surprise candidacy of Arthur Kohl-Riggs. In Our Back Yard producer Patrick Waring takes a closer look at one of the strangest Republicans to run for the office of Governor.
